About reservations, cancellations and prices

Q. Are there other costs besides the accommodation fee?
A.
Cleaning fees and consumption tax are already included in the accommodation fee.
If you do not order breakfast or avail of other services, you will not incur additional charges outside of the accommodation fee in general.
Q. How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
A.
You can book from six months before your date of stay.
If you wish to stay for three consecutive days or longer on dates that are later than six months ahead, please contact us by phone.
Q. Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
A.
Cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your reservation.

1 day before check-in date: 50%
Day of check-in: 100%
No-show: 100%

About check-in, check-out, and consecutive-night stay

Q. What time can I check in?
A.
[[For AOI Suites at Nanzenji] Please check in any time from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Our staff will wait for your arrival at your reserved accommodation facility.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time by e-mail or phone until the day before your check-in date.
If there are changes in your schedule, please let us know as well.

[For AOI Hotel] Please check in any time from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Q. What time do I need to check out?
A.
Please check out by 11:00 am. In general, we can accommodate late check-out until 12:00 pm for
an additional fee of 30% of our regular room rate.
If you wish stay beyond 11:00 am, please inquire with us at the time of booking.
Q. Can I stay for two or more nights in a row?
A.
You may stay for two or more nights in a row.
We will take care of changing your linens and cleaning your room during your stay upon your request.
If you are staying for a long period of time, please consult us as we offer discounts for long-term stays.

About meals and services

Q. Does the accommodation fee include meals?
A.
Meals are not included in the fee.
Upon your request, we can provide breakfast delivery,
and lunch and dinner catering services by our partner restaurants. (Reservation required/charged)
Q. Can I cook in the room or villa?
A.
Our rooms and villas have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven,
electric pot and other appliances, so you can buy food and reheat them in your room.
You can perform simple cooking through IH in some of our rooms and villas.
Please refrain from doing regular cooking to prevent fire, etc.
We also accept referrals and reservations at nearby restaurants, etc., so please consult us in advance if you would like to avail of these services.
Q. Can I send my luggage in advance?
A.
We are happy to accept your luggage.
If you send your luggage to us, we will take it to your room when you check in.
*However, please refrain from sending raw foods or valuables.

About the number of guests and use of villas/rooms

Q. Can more people than the room's capacity stay?
A.
When more than the maximum capacity of people stay in a room,
the quality of our service will decline, so we do not allow this in general.
Q. Can I invite someone over during my stay?
A.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow anyone other than guests to enter our rooms/villas.
Q. Can I hold a party or other event?
A.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from doing so to avoid causing inconvenience to the residents in the neighborhood.
Please refrain from making loud noises at night for the same reason.
Q. What should I do if the details of my reservation have changed, such as the number of guests?
A.
Please contact us as soon as possible as changes will affect the preparation of your room.
If the number of guests increases, you will be charged an additional fee.
If the fee is reduced as a result of the decrease in the number of guests, we will refund the corresponding amount when you arrive.
Q. Do I have to spread the futon bed by myself?
A.
In general, futon beds will be spread in advance so you can rest any time after arrival.
If you want to spread the futon bed by yourself, please let us know at the time of booking.
Q. Can minors stay in your hotel/villa on their own?
A.
Please refrain from having minors stay on their own. They should be accompanied by a guardian.
Q. There is no detailed map of my hotel/villa on the website.
A.
For security reasons, we do not provide our detailed address on our website.
After completing your reservation, we will send you a map by e-mail, fax, or mail.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A.
We are very sorry, but please refrain from bringing any pets.
Q. Who should I contact in case of emergency?
A.
We will give you our emergency contact information when you check in.

About facilities and equipment

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

We have a parking lot available.

[AOI Hotel]
Our contracted parking lot is no longer available from May 1, 2021 (Saturday).
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the coin parking lot near you.
Please note that the parking fee will be shouldered by the guest.
Q. Can I park a bicycle or motorcycle?
A.
Please refrain from parking bicycles or motorcycles.
Q. Can I smoke in the rooms/villas?
A.
Smoking is prohibited in all our buildings.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
Q. Do you have internet?
A.
High-speed Internet/wireless LAN is available.
Q. Is there a refrigerator?
A.
All of our rooms and villas have refrigerators.
Q. Is it cold during winter?
A.
Air conditioners are installed in all of our rooms and villas.
In addition, we have installed floor heating in facilities where the cold could be severe,
so please do not worry about using it.
There are also individual differences when it comes to sensitivity to the cold, so if you feel it is cold after checking in,
we will install additional heating equipment. Please let our staff know.
